Ok, Timber I will let you have a sniff at it too., says Nala

As you can see the boys try again to get another sniff in of the goody box ,but Queen Nala has control of the goody box.

Nala works at finding her goody.

Timber asked her if she needed help, but she was determined to get it on her own.

I will hold the box still for you Nala while you get your goody., says Timber

She is getting closer, wait and see!

This is amazing!

Our friend, Auntie Pat sent the goody box for Easter. Queen Nala had to be first to get her goody and amazingly she got her favorite color, PINK and guess what?

It was the one with her name on it!

I guess she knows how to read her own name.

Here mommy took off the grass so Nala didn't eat it and to show everyone she really did pick out the PINK Easter Egg with her name on it.

You should have seen mommy's face when she pulled it out.  Mommy was surprised and so was daddy.

( We were happy to see Nala dive into the bag to get her treat.  She has obtained a new phobia since her surgery in Oct. of the sounds of bags, treat bags etc.  But this activity of finding her Easter egg didn't  bother her at all.  We are working with her on this phobia of sounds in an all natural way, but if any of you have dealt with this before, please leave a comment to let us know what you did to help your dog.)

Boo was next to find her goody.

Nala had to double check and see if she missed anything else for her.

Ariel is waiting for her turn along with Timber.

 

We had to tell Nala it was Ariel's turn.  Ariel respects her big sister and obeys her.

And little man, Chip is last.

He is such a good boy.  He always sits and waits for his treats.

Nala is seeing if she can fool her little brother into giving his treat to her.
