Chip a hockey fan?



Last week mommy entered one of my many cute pictures in a photo contest at one of our local area pet stores(one of our very favorite to be exact) Petsavers.

And we won a pair of tickets for "Paws for Pucks" a fundraising event for Lollypop Farm and that's where my sister, Ariel came from, so its a good thing!

 

And yes, my daddy got to come with us!  He actually didn't have to work because there was no snow on the roads.

I know I am cute and people like to stop and pet me, says Chip.

There were lots of people when we walked into the arena.

And yes, I made several new friends big and small.

Oh, you are a northern breed too.

 

And this is the event!

Wow, it was dark and loud in here.

Here's the start of the hockey game.

I got to sit between mommy and daddy.

This was another friend I made at the game.

This little pup sat in front of us.

This pup tried sharing mommy's lap with me.

This pup had to be carried up all the stairs.  Daddy almost thought he would have to do that with me.  I have a thing with the dark.

I think mommy spotted all the huskies there, which were several of us.

At the first break they had little, local kids that play hockey come out and take some shots.

Mommy thought they were cute because it reminder her of the little kids in her soccer programs.

Daddy sat and took the pictures while mommy and me walked on the ice in the doggie parade.  I was too busy eating the ice.  I had it all over my nose, but it was good!

Mommy spotted daddy with the camera, so we poised for a picture.

Before we left, I thanked daddy for coming with us.

I got a free bandanna and goodie bag with treats.  And of course I shared all my treats with my brother and sisters.

Mommy and daddy got me a puck and stick.

Maybe they will sign me up to play on the Amerks team?
