Winterfest 2014...

We went to the Winterfest 2014 in Mendon, NY,

I started off with Chip and Boo at the festival.

Chip has a friend that comes to our big dog playgroups in Rochester, NY at the park today.

The club we belong to:Seneca Siberian Husky Club did a fun run and had sleds on demo for people to meet and greet the Sibes.

Here is the Mercy Flight they had on display.

Boo and Chip want to know if they can ride in it?
I told them hopefully none of us ever have to ride in it.

Boo was a little cranky at the festival, so we headed back to the car with her.

So, Chip and I headed back to the festival and he made some new friends.

This is our friend Amy M. from the club with one of her Sibes.
She also helps do a lot of rescue work too.

Another friend from the club with 2 of her 5 Sibes.
She just started a mobile grooming business.
So, the next time the huskies need a good grooming we will have to call our friend.
So, as you can see I am not the only one with 5.

Chip just loves the little kids at the festival.

Here Chip is with some of his doggie friends and little kids at the meet and greet.

Chip loved this little boy and licking his face.

An up close picture of the Mercy Flight helicopter.

More playin'.

Another new friend was made with a pie-bald Siberian husky.

Siberian nose kisses.

And here goes the helicopter making a cloud of snow.

Up, up and

away it goes.

Across the pond from where we were there was para-sailing on the ice.

We have never seen this till the festival.

It was neat to watch.

Chip sitting on the bench with me as we watched the sailing on the ice.
He asked if we could get a ride like that?
Mommy told him it wasn't economical with the 5 of them.

A selfie of mommy and Chip.

The pup is getting a little tired.

Mommy and Chip.
A kind lady helped take this picture of us.
Thank you!

If you look off into the distance on the hill you will see what was so interesting to Chip.
More kids sledding!

Chip loved our friend's dog(Amy M.) at the festival.

She is 10 years old and he is just 11months old.
Guess he likes older girls.

Play bow.

Come on little guy, she says.

I'll get you little guy, she says.

Triple the fun.

Hay, human can we have some of you chili?, ask the Sibes.

Chip at the playground before we headed home.

Which way do I go down?, wonders Chip.

Oh, on the slide he says.

It was a good afternoon in the snow and for Chip to do something without the help of his sisters.
