Chip's big day at the vet's office...

Chip got fixed today at 6 months old

and

he had a slight deformity on his hind legs,

where he had dewclaws,

the vet removed them as well.

So, that's why he has the purple wraps on his back legs.

They are not a fashion statement.

 

 The vet said 10days with the cone on.

I hope we can get it to last that long with him.

 

So, we tried the t-shirt for a bit tonight to keep him from bothering

his stitches, which seems to work while we can keep

an eye on him.

Timber understands the whole cone thing and sympathizes with his

little brother, Chip.

 



 Boo also knows the whole cone wearing thing all too well.

 

Chip with his monkey that mommy and daddy got him

for being a big boy today.

He is in good spirits.

 

So, make sure you spay or neuter your animals so,

they are happy and healthy for a very long time.
