An Anniversary Tradition...

Today, my husband and I celebrated our 9th Wedding Anniversary.

 

And each year we go back to Hemlock Lake. This is where we had our wedding pictures taken 9years ago today.

 

As you can see 9years ago we only had 3huskies, Nala, Boo and Oreo.

Today, was a little different not having our furangel, Oreo there with us.

 

 Boo is always mommy's co-pilot on rides and she will let the others know that too.

 

 Chip's first time to Hemlock Lake and wait till you see his amazement.

 

 Nala the dignified backseat rider, with Chip by her side.

 

 Ariel loves having a window seat.

 

And yes, Timber our old guy, made it for the ride too.

 

I know people probably can't believe us when they drive by and see a car load of huskies!

But people in town, know its me!

Chip LOVES water!

He probably wondered why he couldn't get in.

Well, Hemlock Lake in NY is owned by the city of Rochester,NY for its water supply and that's why there are no houses on the lake and no dogs are allowed in the lake.

But its a beautiful place to go sit and get rid of all your worries after a long day.

 

 Chip is so amazed by the amount of water, he had to sit down and take it all in.

 

 Chip asked mommy and daddy why he doesn't have a big kiddie pool like this one?

It's so good to see her happy today.

 It was so nice to see Timber out and about with us today.

We believe he is about 13 and he has arthritis in his rear end, so its getting harder for him to get around.
